Ridgid doesn't currently sell a bench grinder. They make stationary tools (table saws, drill presses, band saws) but bench grinders aren't in the current lineup. Home Depot carries DeWalt and Ryobi bench grinders instead.

Ridgid Corded (120V AC) Platform

Bench grinders are stationary corded tools. Ridgid doesn't make one. The Lifetime Service Agreement doesn't apply since there's no product to register.

Frequently Asked Questions

Didn't Ridgid used to make a bench grinder?

Ridgid sold bench grinders through Home Depot in earlier years, but they've been discontinued from the current catalog. If you find one used, it's still a solid tool, and the LSA may still apply if the registration was activated by the original buyer.

What should I buy at Home Depot instead?

The DeWalt DW756 ($109, 6-inch) is the best option at Home Depot. The Ryobi BG612G ($59, 6-inch) is the budget pick. Both are in stock at most locations.
