Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Lifetime Service Agreement cover corded tools?

Yes. Register the R2740 at ridgid.com within 90 days of purchase and it's covered for life. Same deal as the cordless tools, minus the battery coverage.

Why is the Ridgid a 3x18 belt instead of 3x21?

Shorter belt means a more compact tool. The tradeoff is slightly less belt contact area per pass. For most residential projects, you won't notice the difference.
