Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need FLEXVOLT for an angle grinder?
For occasional grinding and cutting, the 20V MAX DCG413 is plenty. For cutting rebar, grinding welds all day, or using 6-inch discs, the FLEXVOLT DCG418 maintains power better under sustained load.
Paddle switch or slide switch?
Paddle switch (trigger) is safer because the grinder stops when you let go. Slide switch locks on, which is convenient for long grinding sessions but requires more attention. Most safety codes prefer paddle switch.
